Attention New Prisoners!!: Welcome to Station Tartarus. Each of you has been sentenced to reclamation labour in the Martian terraforming programs. Report to Prisoner Admin for your cell designations in Block 9. Do not attempt to remove your collars, do not speak to other prisoners and for the love of all that's holy - don't cry.
